On May 29, the third edition of the iHUB Mentors series took place at iHUB Chișinău—an initiative designed to connect our residents with hands-on professionals from various fields.

On May 2nd, at iHUB Chișinău, the second edition of the iHUB Mentors series took place — a program that brings forward experienced professionals ready to share their insights with our community.

On April 1st, iHUB Chișinău hosted the inaugural edition of the iHUB Mentors series. The evening’s special guest was Andrei Voica, founder of sigmadigital.ro and digital marketing expert, known for his solid experience in designing automated strategies for customer acquisition.

The "TECH Incubator" program in Bălți successfully trained 30 participants, equipping them with vital technical and soft skills for careers in the ICT sector.

On October 22, 2024, an engaging and practical workshop for entrepreneurs and business representatives was held at Tekwill Comrat. Participants gained valuable insights on how to enhance their business processes and achieve new levels of growth.

TECH Incubator: Cum să devii specialist IT în doar 5 luni

Ești din regiunea municipiului Bălți și vrei să lucrezi în IT, deși nu ai experiență în domeniu? „TECH Incubator” te invită la un program de instruire gratuit, desfășurat într-o perioadă de formare intensivă de 5 luni. Beneficiind de sesiuni flexibile, seara și în weekenduri, programul oferă posibilitatea de a învăța de la experți recunoscuți și de a face pasul către o carieră dinamică și profitabilă în IT. Completează formularul de aplicare până pe 22 aprilie 2024 și intră în program!

Acum, femeile din Cahul au oportunitatea de a se specializa în această industrie – gratuit. Asta datorită programului „TECH Women Incubator Cahul 2024”, care a fost lansat recent de iHUB Chișinău.

В феврале 2024 года iHUB Кишинев с гордостью объявляет о запуске программы "Цифровое развитие малых и средних предприятий", направленной на адаптацию цифровой трансформации малых и средних предприятий (МСП) в менее развитых регионах. Эта инициатива, действующая с февраля по декабрь 2024 года, направлена на обеспечение МСП цифровыми навыками и инструментами, стимулирование инноваций и конкурентоспособности в соответствующих отраслях. Проект был запущен в партнерстве с Агентством по развитию и мобильности EMA, Техническим университетом Молдовы и ESET, при финансовой поддержке SlovakAid.

Noi perspective de dezvoltare pentru femeile din țară au fost deschise datorită programului „Incubatorul de Talente”. Peste 100 de fete și femei din Chișinău, Comrat și Bălți au beneficiat de proiect, dezvoltându-și competențele digitale și având acces la platformele internaționale de angajare pentru liberi profesioniști. Această inițiativă a avut un impact semnificativ în construirea încrederii și implicării femeilor în construirea unei cariere în domeniul TIC.

pentru femei și profesioniști IT în Moldova” și studiază domeniile gratuit.

Deși lumea digitală avansează în ritm accelerat, femeile încă sunt în inferioritate numerică față de bărbați în domeniul formării tehnice și al locurilor de muncă în IT. Diferența de gen este foarte reală, în condițiile în care doar 20% dintre angajații sectorului sunt reprezentate de femei. În țara noastră, femeile din regiunile Comrat și Bălți au posibilitatea de a-și dezvolta abilitățile și competențele digitale, pentru a lucra online în companii IT sau platforme pentru liberi profesioniști. În cadrul programului „Women in Online Work/Femei în Muncă Online” (WOW), tinerele beneficiază de oportunitatea de a învăța, la alegere, design grafic, testare software, design web sau managementul rețelelor sociale.

100 girls and women from Comrat and Balti regions will develop their digital skills, to be able to work online through international platforms for freelancers. Through the Women in Online Work program, part of the "Talent Incubator" project, the participants will benefit from free courses, events and mentoring sessions for some of the most requested professions in the online environment: Social Media Management, Graphic Design, Software Tester and Web Design. The project was launched in partnership with EMA, the Technical University of Moldova and ESET, with the financial support of SlovakAid.

Совершенствуй свои цифровые навыки, чтобы иметь возможность работать онлайн, не выходя из дома! Подай заявку в «Инкубатор талантов» и приобрети необходимые навыки, чтобы получить возможность освоить одну из самых востребованных профессий на нынешнем рынке труда. В рамках программы участницы пройдут бесплатные курсы, посетят мероприятия и наставнические сессии в следующих сферах: Social Media Manager, Graphic Design и Software Tester. În cadrul programului, participantele vor beneficia de cursuri gratuite, evenimente și sesiuni de mentorat în domeniile: Social Media Manager, Graphic Design, Web Design și Software Tester. La aproape jumătate de an de la începerea conflictului armat din țara vecină, mii de persoane refugiate continuă să fie găzduite de țara noastră. Au învățat în viteză cum să facă față maratonului de provocări, pentru a se integra mai ușor și a se bucura de sprijinul societății. Unele dintre ele l-au găsit în comunitatea IT de la Chișinău, participând la o nouă ediție a „Digital Connections: Moldova-Ucraina”. Evenimentul de networking este găzduit de IHUB/Seed Forum Moldova în colaborare cu UN Women, cu sprijinul financiar al Suediei și USAID, în parteneriat cu proiectul Tekwill.

Fetele și femeile din UTA Găgăuzia au acum oportunitatea de a-și dezvolta competențele în domeniul STEM și de a-și valorifica la maximum potențialul profesional! La Comrat a fost deschis Women Hub Comrat – un centru inovativ ce oferă șansa tuturor femeilor care activează în domeniul IT sau își doresc să înceapă o carieră în această industrie de a utiliza pe deplin spațiul de coworking al hubului, dar și multitudinea de programe dezvoltate cu scopul de a le ajuta să obțină abilitățile necesare pentru a activa în acest domeniu. Women Hub Comrat a fost lansat de către SEED FORUM MOLDOVA/IHUB, în colaborare cu UN Women, cu sprijinul financiar al Suediei, în parteneriat cu proiectul Tekwill, cu susținerea USAID.

Oportunitatea de a munci direct de acasă pentru companii internaționale și șansa de a dezvolta o carieră în domeniul TIC sunt doar câteva dintre motivele pentru care femeile din Republica Moldova aleg să studieze de la zero o profesie în acest domeniu sau să-și îmbunătățească competențele deja dobândite. 100 de fete și femei din regiunile Comrat și Bălți își vor dezvolta abilitățile digitale, pentru a putea munci online prin intermediul platformelor internaționale pentru persoanele liber-profesioniste. În cadrul programului „Women in Online Work”, lansat recent în Moldova, participantele vor beneficia de cursuri gratuite, evenimente și sesiuni de mentorat pentru unele dintre cele mai solicitate profesii din mediul online: Social Media Management, Design Grafic, Software Tester și Design Web.

Fetele și femeile din Chișinău, Bălți și Comrat vor avea posibilitate să cunoască domeniul IT și să obțină abilitățile necesare pentru a activa în domeniu. Prin inițiative speciale, proiectul le va oferi femeilor acces la educație și locuri de muncă mai bine plătite, ele vor fi încurajate să se dezvolte și vor obține mai multe abilități în domeniul antreprenoriatului. De asemenea, proiectul își propune să acorde sprijinul necesar pentru reprofilarea profesională a cel puțin 300 de femei, care, drept rezultat, vor putea obține joburi în companii din domeniul digital sau își vor dezvolta propriile afaceri.

We opened our doors in 2016, since then, we had 116 residents, we hosted 289 events and 3228 people came at least once to our co-working space.

The iHUB Library is in constant growth. We are adding new, informative books based on your needs and requests. With the support of our partners Ellation Moldova, we provide helpful resources for you to keep learning and develop your professional or personal skills.

Remember Anatolie? He is one of our residents that we mentioned in the first article, the guy who is very dedicated to his work and has a startup named Lightcyphers. One of their great investments is in the OpenStreetMap project so, stay with us to find out more about the map which is more detailed than the one offered by Google.

iHUB Chisinau has been contributing to the development of the local communities for two years now. In that time we are proud to say that we accomplished more goals that we set at the beginning. It wasn’t a smooth sail and we did make mistakes, but we always did our best and turned every bad situation into a lesson so we could do better the next time. All of iHUB products and the work we’ve done makes our team proud and that’s a good indicator of success.
